Grants management is the tracking of outcomes pursued and funds spent, and then reporting how those funds have moved the agency mission. There are six steps that lead to successful grants management. They include the following:

TL Grant Consulting offers online classes and also group trainings. These are perfect tools for nonprofit organizations that have a dedicated grant staff member(s) and are looking to increase skills or set-up a successful grant program.
Grant Department Assessment/Coaching
TL Grant Consulting works with many agencies to help establish a grant department where none existed previously or staff needs guidance. We work one-on-one with your staff with uninterrupted training in your office. This includes establishing systems for locating, applying, tracking, and managing grants. We help with setting up staff with the tools to feel confident in organizing, researching, applying, and managing grant awards.
